By using the Wattad Real Estate app or athar-alwatd.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Wattad lists homes for sale and rent in residential compounds. The information shown (photos, areas, availability) is provided by compound management and may change without notice; we do not guarantee its complete accuracy or that a unit remains available. Prices are not shown in the app; the sales team provides them when they contact you.
2. Your account
- Browsing needs no account; saving units, requesting a viewing and following “My requests” do.
- Register with your own phone number and your real name, and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is sent from your account.
- We may suspend or delete an account used for fake or abusive requests, or registered with a number that is not its holder’s.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website’s Delete account page.
3. Viewing requests
A viewing request is a request to be contacted, not a reservation or a contract, and it creates no financial obligation. Any sale or rental agreement is made directly with the owner or the compound’s management under their own contracts.
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate information in your requests.
- Do not send fake or abusive requests.
- Do not try to breach, scrape or disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Wattad name, logo and the design of the app and website belong to Athar Alwatd. Photos and content of compounds and units belong to their owners.
6. External links
The service may take you to WhatsApp, map apps or compound websites, which are outside our responsibility and subject to their own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown or for dealings you have with other parties.
8. Changes
We may develop the service or pause it for maintenance, and update these terms with a new date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
